2007 >> Leftover Canes

I have accumulated odd sizes and lengths of canes. Not enough for any project individually but they would make nice millefiori medallion or coin. Coin with tiny cane designs, a very fuzzy coin!. I have gotten carried away reducing :-( The outer part of the cane looks like cucumber, dark green and stripy. I grabbed my cucumber [potato] peeler with the hope that I could peel my cucumber look-alike log. I could not get a clean cut but I could see the nice stripy surprise inside. With the 'Cutting Edge' tool I finally able to get cool beads out of leftover canes [or cucumber log]. I enjoyed playing :-)
