Welcome to PhotoPlus.

PhotoPlus is a collection of digital photographs that my husband and I took on our trips. It covers a variety of interests such as ancient sites, houses of prayers, people, culture, plants, animals, etc. Updating this site is a lot more difficult than taking the pictures ;-)

I am a housewife living in Singapore. My husband introduced digital photography to me over 8 years ago, the time when I decided to join the retirees club. He is a keen photographer himself. My husband likes travelling so it worked out perfectly for our picture taking obsession. I am pleased to share some of the sights digitally.

My first digital camera was Sony Mavica MVC-FD7 Limited edition. I remember carrying boxes of diskettes and more boxes when I changed to Sony Mavica MVC-FD91 as the images are getting larger. Currently I am using a camera producing 8 Megapixels for one image. The diskettes were replaced by higher capacity memory sticks, compact flash cards plus and digital wallets. Nowadays travelling light is the order with 2 Gb memory cards just limited to FAT16 our cameras could take. We're waiting for FAT32 or NTFS cameras.
